Million Dollar Arguments (Hazard v. Baker Concrete).  Jury verdict awarded client over $2.4 million for broken ankle.

Civil Trial Practice:  Winning Techniques of Successful Trial Lawyers.  Chapter on Hazardous Chemicals (OSHA).

Richard Alderman Publication.  I wrote an article which recommended that the response to notice provisions in the Deceptive Trade Practices Act be changed, such that it could be abated pending limited discovery.  The Texas Legislature modified the DTPA consistent with article.
