Million Dollar Arguments (Hazard v. Baker Concrete).  Mike Black tried this case to a Harris County jury which awarded his client, who slipped and fell and broker her ankle, over $2.4 million.

Civil Trial Practice:  Winning Techniques of Successful Trial Lawyers.    Mike Black prepared the Chapter on Hazardous Chemicals (OSHA) in this authoritative publication.
